Jonathan Bernis, President & CEO

A Jewish Believer in Yeshua (Jesus), Jonathan Bernis is President & CEO of Jewish Voice Ministries International (JVMI). Jonathan has worked on the forefront of world evangelism since 1984, taking the Good News of Israel’s Messiah to the far reaches of the earth, to the Jewish People, and also to the Nations.

Today, as President & CEO of Jewish Voice Ministries International (JVMI), and our associated organizations in Canada and the United Kingdom, Jonathan directs all aspects of the ministry, including the weekly television program Jewish Voice with Jonathan Bernis, which airs throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

A sought-after speaker, Jonathan also teaches at seminars and in conferences worldwide. He is a prominent leader in the Messianic movement and is a passionate supporter of Israel. He is the author of several books including A Rabbi Looks at the Last Days and A Rabbi Looks at Jesus of Nazareth.

Jonathan is the founding Rabbi of Congregation Shema Yisrael in Rochester, New York, where he served as Senior Messianic Rabbi from 1984 to 1993. He also founded and pastored the Messianic Center of St. Petersburg, Russia, where he lived and ministered from 1993 to 1997.

Jonathan and his wife, Elisangela, are the parents of two daughters, Liel and Hannah, and reside in Phoenix, Arizona.

Tim Tiller, LMSW, Chief Operating Officer

Tim Tiller is a confident visionary and strategic executive defined by servant leadership principles. A proactive leader, Tim is driven to exceed established goals, ensuring success for stakeholders, associates, donors, and the community.

At the age of 36, Tim assumed the role of President for Multi Systems Inc. (MSI), a leading provider of technology to the hotel industry. His 13-year tenure with MSI prepared him for his current position as Chief Operating Officer for Jewish Voice Ministries International.

Tim earned his masters of social work from Arizona State University in August 2004. He serves as the Chairman of the Board for Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS). CASS is the largest organization in Arizona providing shelter and supportive services to homeless men, women, and children. He is an adjunct professor at Western International University, teaching courses in communication and leadership. In addition, he plays an active role in his local church, Christ’s Church of the Valley.

Tim is married to his wife Dawn, and together they have five children—Ryan, Jordan, Collin who passed away 10 hours after birth; their adopted son, Nick, and Austin. In his spare time, Tim enjoys reading, physical fitness, and traveling with his family.

Patti Phillips, Director of Finance

Patti Phillips leads the Finance and Accounting Department for Jewish Voice Ministries International. A graduate of the University of San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Patti joined Price Waterhouse after college, where she worked for over six years as an auditor.  She was the Director of Finance for Fox 10 in the Valley for four years.

Before coming to Jewish Voice, she was Vice President of Finance and Operations for PromoWorks Southwest in the store sampling division for seven years.

Patti and her husband Jon have been married for 14 years and are the parents of four wonderful children.  They are members of Oasis Community Church in Scottsdale, Arizona.
